Paul Burke's Training Booklets
These booklets are made separately for each body-part. They are also designed to give useful experiential knowledge and empirical wisdom whether at the gym, or at home; and, they each have over twenty specific charts for the trainee to write down his/her exercises, weights used, full-reps used, X-Reps used, partials used and so on. They are a learning module, with written knowledge, graphics for perfect execution of exercises and professional (unique) charts in which to record your progress in. They are purposefully made with a tough exterior and spiral-bound so as to allow the trainee to bring each or all to the gym to mark down progress, take notes and reread various tricks and execution methods of specific exercises. They are broken up as such:
